1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradero ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tradero ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional protections for users in specific jurisdictions as noted below.

  • Provides AI-powered trading signal analysis via multi-agent consensus
  • Offers real-time performance analytics and risk management tools

Important: Tradero is a technology platform only. We do NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guaranteed returns. All trading involves substantial risk of loss.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Risk Disclaimer

⚠️ READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The use of automated trading systems does not eliminate these risks.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical returns do not guarantee future performance.
  • Market volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods.
  • System risks: Technical failures, network issues, or exchange outages may prevent trades from executing as intended.
  • No guarantees: We do not guarantee profits, specific returns, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk parameters, and the funds in your exchange accounts.

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. We strongly recommend starting with a demo/testnet account before trading with real funds.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Resell or redistribute Platform access without our written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tradero shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for losses caused by exchange failures, network issues, or force majeure events

EU/UK Users:

Under EU/UK consumer law, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

US Users:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
