The Platform offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite). Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payments are processed through NOWPayments, supporting cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and 50+ cryptocurrencies). All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
New users may access a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card or payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Platform.
EU/UK Users: Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of digital services.

Under EU/UK consumer law, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
US Users:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tradero operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. EU consumer protection laws apply regardless of the governing law clause above.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Singapore: Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore or through SIAC arbitration.
Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Japan: Disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court or through JCAA arbitration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings.
