How do I connect my exchange account?

Go to Settings → API Keys and add your exchange API credentials. We support Bybit, Binance, and Hyperliquid. All API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.

What is the minimum amount to start trading?

We recommend starting with at least $100-$500 depending on the exchange. The exact minimum depends on your exchange's minimum order size and your chosen risk parameters.

How do the AI signals work?

Our AI Multi-Agent System uses 4 independent agents that analyze each potential trade setup. A signal is generated when at least 3 out of 4 agents agree. The system considers RSI, EMA, ATR, volume, SMC confluence, and multi-timeframe alignment.

Can I lose more than my investment?

No. Your bots only trade with the funds in your connected exchange account. We never have access to withdraw funds. However, cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk and you could lose some or all of your invested capital.

How do I stop my bot?

Go to your Dashboard and click the Stop button on any running bot. You can also configure automatic stop conditions via the Guardian settings (daily loss limits, drawdown thresholds).

What happens if the platform goes down?

Each bot runs in its own isolated Docker container. If the dashboard is temporarily unavailable, your bots continue running independently. We maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for Elite users.

Do you guarantee profits?

No. We do not guarantee any returns. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Past performance does not indicate future results. Always trade with funds you can afford to lose.

How is my data protected?

All API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Each user runs in an isolated container. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, PDPA, and other global privacy regulations.
